Gregor and Alex have been working together delivering internationally-respected creative projects since 1998. They met working on the creation of the Millennium Dome where they contributed to the content of ten installations including the Rest Zone, Watercycle, Hanging Gardens, Living Wall, Inhabited Island, Timekeepers, 3Dome and Looking Around.
The Rest Zone was a collaboration with architect Richard Rogers and Artangel.
They were also members of the Glue Group which oversaw the development of the site as a whole. In addition, Alex managed the Dome's publications, and Gregor was Environmental Policy Manager.

Contemporary art offers a powerful means of communication enabling people of all backgrounds to engage with the issues of our time. We create art installations and outreach programmes which explore, question and provoke.
news Running from June 9 to June 20, GENE MEME raised funds for Street Child Africa enabling them to offer ten street children in Ghana a year's apprenticeship, including food accommodation and healthcare to help lift them out of poverty.
